San Building Specialists Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2013 as a construction company specialising in M&E works, plastering & bricklaying, painting and general construction works for major HDB construction projects including BTOs in Punggol. From our humble beginning in 2013 to our exponential growth within two years in terms of skilled manpower and diversity of our services, we were viewed as one of the pre-eminent companies in the construction industry.

Sensing an avenue for further growth, we constantly expanded our capabilities and skilled manpower and began undertaking various residential and commercial interior renovation projects. Over the next few years, we attained immense success in the interior renovation sector due to our professionalism, high-quality workmanship and vast knowledge & understanding on the current market trends and customer needs.

In order to cater to the growing demand for our interior renovation services, we ceased all construction activities, became a full-fledged interior design & renovation company and officially re-branded ourselves as San Interiors Pte Ltd in 2020.
