Lian Hoe Decoration Contractor & Trading was founded in 1989. The Company was converted into private limited in 2010 and renamed as LIAN HOE DECOR PTE LTD.

Over the years, Lian Hoe Decor began humbly as a one-man business in Singapore and had accumulated years of experience range from renovation of public housing, private apartments and commercial retail to government tenders and re-construction and/or erecting private property.

Now, with the founder persistency and preservance on quality coupled with a highly growing experienced team, it is no doubt that our clients keep coming back to us for their development needs. More than 90% of our business comes from repeated customers or referral by other satisfied customers!

The Company is principally involved in the construction of residential, industrial and commercial projects, and civil engineering projects as a main contractor. We are specialize in *cantilever structure. We are Licensed Builders as well as Registered Contractors with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Singapore. We are certified by The Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH) to attain BizSAFE Level Star.

We also deal with interior decoration and/or renovation as demand by our existing and referral clients. We are HDB Registered Renovation Contractors since 1995 (Registration no. HB-02-2087/F). We are also member of Singapore Renovation Contractors and Material Suppliers Association (RCMA).
